Where is the iTunes Remote for Mac OS?
You probably know Remote iOS app? Nice little thing that allows you to control iTunes remotely from your iPhone or whatever. But when you are on notebook and want to switch tracks on the desktop computer you have to launch Screen Sharing or find your iPhone or just walk there and switch tracks. Many times I tried to find anything that works, unfortunately all the iTunes remotes I’ve tried just stared at me after launch without being able to do a thing.
This TuneConnect seem to actually do what it supposed to and it’s free. But I have enough servers and other programs constantly running on my desktop Mac Mini, so I’ll skip. But this brings another question, if the remote control is actually built into iTunes, if there is a working example of a remote control app, why there is no iTunes Remote for Mac still?
